Manually Upgrade Sony Xperia T2 Ultra D5303/D5322 to Official Android 5.0.2 Lollipop 19.3.A.0.470 Firmware
Xperia T2 Ultra Android smartphone started receiving Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS update. Sony also released Lollipop update (19.3.A.0.470) to Xperia C3 owners along with Xperia T2 Ultra. The update is only available to the single SIM variants of each handset including the Xperia T2 Ultra (D5303) and Xperia C3 (D2533). The update is currently available in Taiwan at time of publishing, but soon have global roll out.

Quick Pre-requisites:
- The instruction for Lollipop update is only for Xperia T2 Ultra with model no. D5303/D5322. Do cross check by going to Settings > About Device.
- Make sure the important data has been backup before starting the process.
- The device should have enough battery to complete the update process.
- Enable USB debugging from Settings and Developer Options.
- Installed Sony Xperia T2 Ultra USB drivers on PC.

Steps to Upgrade Sony Xperia T2 Ultra D5303/D5322 to official Android 5.0.2 Lollipop 19.3.A.0.470:
Step #1: Download the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop 19.3.A.0.470 official firmware for Xperia T2 Ultra D53.3/D5322. Create your own FTF using this Xperiafirm Guide.
Step #2: Copy the file and place in Flashtool > Firmwares folder. Now open flashtool.exe and hit the small lightening button present at the top left corner and select Flashmode.
Step #3: Now make selection of the FTF firmware file which you moved to firmware folder.
Step #4: With the options available at the right hand side in the tool, perform Wipe Data, Cache and apps logs.
Step #5: Now tap on OK and there after a pop-up will appear stating to connect your Xperia device with PC.
Step #6: Before connecting the device make sure you have power-off the device. Now connect it to PC by pressing and holding the Volume Down Key. Hold the Volume down key until the entire flashing process is completed.
Step #7: Xperia T2 Ultra device will be detected and the Flashtool starts the flashing process. Once done with the flashing, release the Volume down button. Unplug the device and restart it.
Step #8: Here you go! You have just manually updated Sony Xperia T2 Ultra to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop firmware. Go to Settings > About device and confirm the latest OS installed.
