Huawei Mobiles already promised to roll Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for its range of smartphones namely the Honor 6, Honor 6 Plus, Honor 4X, Honor 7 and Honor 4C. Today as per promise, the company has started rolling out beta version of Android 6.0 update for Honor 7 users in India.
The update is currently rolled out via OTA (over-the-air) for Honor 7 users who have registered on Google Drive forum by providing the current software and IMEI details. The OTA update will pop-up on your device notification bar after 24-48 hours, once the users successfully register for beta version of Marshmallow update.
Once the update is installed, the smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware with EMUI 4.0 on top. For complete details on changelog and new features, do visit the below provided link.
