ZTE Mobiles launches its latest flagship Android smartphone for U.S. market dubbed as “ZTE Axon Pro”. The smartphone packs with high-end specifications and is priced at just $449.88. The handset is launched exclusively for U.S. market.
The ZTE Axon Pro comes with a Single nano SIM support and sports a 5.5-inch CGS TFT LCD display with 2560 x 1440 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a Octa Core Snapdragon 810 64-bit processor (4x 1.5GHz ARM A53 + 4x 2.0GHZ ARM A57) with Adreno 430 GPU.
The ZTE Axon Pro runs on Android 5.1 OS and includes 4GB RAM along with 32GB of internal storage. There is no facility for microSD card slot for memory expansion. It has 13MP rear camera with dual LED flash, 4K video recording and there is 8MP front facing camera with 88-degree wide-angle lens and 1080p (FHD) video recording.
On the connectivity front, the handset packs with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, GPS and also includes 3000mAh battery on the back. It measures 154 x 75 x 9.3mm and weighs 175g.
The ZTE Axon Pro comes in different colors options like Ion Gold, Chromium Silver and Phthalo Blue colors and has price tag of $449.88 (approx. Rs. 28,500) for the unlocked version. The handset will be available starting from July 27 through ZTEUSA.com, Amazon, eBay and Newegg. Company is providing free JBL headphones worth $49.99 for customers who pre-order the smartphone.
