Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 is the latest Android tablet unveiled at Customer Electronic Show (CES) 2015. The device is mainly launched for professional creators of digital content. The company would be selling the device in five different models, each coming with different version. Earlier today, Lenovo also launched Tab 2 A7-10 and Tab 2 A7-30 Android 4.4 KitKat tablet which can be upgraded to Android 5.0 Lollipop later this year.
The Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 comes with 4-16GB of optional RAM and 64-512GB Solid State storage. The tablet measures dimensions 14.7 x 9.9 x 0.6 inches and weighs 1.75 kgs. The device runs on Windows 8.1 OS and is powered with Intel processor. The Windows tablet also comes with Wacom Pro-Pen and multi touch features.
The Wacom Cintiq Companion 2 Windows tablet will be available at the Wacom eStore in several configurations starting this February. The Entry version with 64GB SSD will be $1,299.99, the value version with 128GB SSD will cost $1,599.99 and the standard version with 256GB SSd will be pricing $1.999.99. Finally the Premium version with 512GB SSD will cost $2,499.99 and expected to be available in the spring.
