Vivo V1 Android smartphone now can be purchased in India for just Rs. 16,000. The handset was announced earlier this month without much details about pricing and availability. According to Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom, the Vivo V1 phone can be purchased through various online and offline stores starting from Rs. 16,000.
Display and Processor
The Vivo V1 phone comes with a 5-inch IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolutions, dual SIM support (micro + nano) and has 2300mAh battery life. The handset runs on Funtouch OS 2.1 based on Android 5.0 Lollipop and is powered by 1.2 GHz Quad-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU.
Storage and Camera:
The smartphone has 16GB of inbuilt memory capacity which can be further expandable up to 128GB with microSD card. Users can make most of the memory card by loading HD videos, photos and documents. For better multi-tasking, the handset comes with 2GB of RAM.
The Vivo V1 sports a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, 1080p (FHD) video recording and is accompanied by 5MP front facing camera for Selfies and other video calling feature.
Like most of the entry-level devices, the 5-inch smartphone comes with 4G LTE connectivity feature. It also includes 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
It measures 143.3 x 71 x 6.78mm and weighs 145g. As of now, the smartphone is only available in Gold color variant.
