Sony has finally released Android 4.4.4 KitKat firmware for the Xperia T3 Smartphone. The device was running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box. The update is released with build number 18.1.A.2.25 in selected regions for the LTE Xperia T3 models (D5103, D5106) while the HSPA+ model (D5102) has given the build number 18.1.A.2.32.

The Sony Xperia T3 comes with 5.3-inch IPS LCD capacitive touch screen and is powered with Quad Core Qualcomm MSM8929-2 Snapdragon 400 Cortex A7 processor clocking at 1.4GHz. It has 8GB of internal storage which can be expandable up to 32GB with microSD card and is coupled with 1GB RAM.
