Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 is Samsung Thinnest Android Tablet
Samsung has officially launched Galaxy Tab S2 in its popular Galaxy Tab S series. It is the Samsung slimmest and lightest Android tablet ever launched. Just a week ago, Samsung Galaxy A8 was unveiled in China which claimed to be Samsung slimmest Android smartphone till date. So, it seems the Korean Smartphone manufacturing company is working hard in bringing the slimmest and lightest devices to the competitive market. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 comes in two variants- one with 8-inch display and another with massive 9.7-inch. So let’s check out the detailed specifications of Samsung latest Android tablets.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 comes with Super AMOLED display with QXGA screen resolution and are powered with Octa-Core Exynos 5433 processor coupled with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM. The tablets runs on Android 5.0 out of the box and sports a 8MP rear camera along with 2.1MP Selfie camera.
The Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 has 4,000 mAh battery while Tab S2 9.7 packs with 5,870mAh battery and both includes the technology of fingerprint scanner. It includes 32GB/64GB of inbuilt memory which can be expandable up to 128GB with microSD card. The connectivity features adds 4G LTE/3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.1, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz/5GHz) MIMO, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS, GLONASS.
Both the variants of Galaxy Tab S2 comes in Black and White colors and will be available starting from next month. Company didn’t announced the pricing yet.
