Samsung has unveiled its latest flagship with triple SIM support and is called Samsung Galaxy Star Trios bearing the model number GT-S5283B. This triple SIM Android Smartphone is unveiled on the Samsungs official website in Brazil. This Smartphone is a low-end phone and is the successor of Samsung Galaxy Star, which was released in early 2013.
Samsung Galaxy Star Trios comes with improved features compared to its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy Star. It features a 3.14 inch QVGA display with 240 x 320 pixels resolution and is powered by 1GHz single core Snapdragon S1 Processor, coupled with 512MB RAM. The device runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS with 4GB onboard storage, which is expandable via microSD card.
Samsung Galaxy Star Trios sports a 2MP rear camera and has no front facing camera. The device supports connectivity features like HSDPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB 2.0. It drags the power from a 1300 mAh battery. It also comes with intelligent feature which uses the motion sensor to rejects the incoming call when the device is turned with screen down on the table.
