The device packs with quality specs which includes 5-inch IPS LCD display, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU, runs on Android 4.2 JB OS, a 2000 mAh battery support, 8MP rear shooter and also adds 1 GB RAM for better multi-tasking.
If you own Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus and wanted to make most of it, then follow the below procedure which allows to gain root access on your device which in turn helps to flash custom ROMs, install root only apps and custom recoveries.

Rooting of Micromax Android smartphone voids the company warranty. In order to get the warranty again, you need to unroot the device. So start the below process at your wish.
Check the following pre-requisites before starting the rooting procedure-
- Ensure that the device about to root is A110Q Canvas 2 Plus
- As the rooting process is power consuming task, charge your device to 60% or more to avoid unnecessary power-off.
Root Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus using Framaroot Android App:
Step #1: Firstly download Framaroot APK file on your computer and transfer the same to device SD card with the help of original USB cable.
Step #2: Download any file manager on your Android phone and locate the Framaroot APK. Tap on it and follow the on-screen instructions to install APK on your MMX A110 smartphone.
Note: Make sure installation of apps from Unknown Sources is enabled on your device Settings. If not enable from Settings > Security > Device > Administration > Unknown sources (tick the box, to enable this option).
Step #3: After installation, search for “Framaroot” application in App Drawer and launch it. Now from the app screen select “Install SuperSU” for “Select an action to execute after root”.
Step #4: After that, select “Boromir” rooting exploit to begin the rooting process. After successful rooting process, the following message pop-ups “Success. Superuser and SU binary installed. You have to reboot your device”. Next tap “OK” and make your device reboot.
That’s it. You have just finished rooting process of Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus Android Phone. To confirm the root access, just download an app called “Root Checker” from Google Play Store.
