LG Mobiles on Monday launched the G3 Stylus Android 4.4 KitKat Smartphone in India for Rs. 21,500. The device was announced in the month of August ahead of the IFA 2014 event and went on sale across the world last week. The key feature that highlights the LG G3 Stylus Smartphone is that it has a “Rubberdium stylus” which was not seen on LG G3 flagship. The LG G3 Stylus sports a 5.5-inch (960 × 540 pixels) qHD IPS display and has dual SIM card support. Running on latest Android 4.4 KitKat, the device is powered with 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. The G3 Stylus has 1GB RAM, 8GB inbuilt memory and there is microSD card slot for memory expansion.
The LG G3 Stylus comes with Knock Code feature, which was first introduced on the LG G2 flagship that allows users to unlock the device by just tapping a personalised ‘Knock’ pattern on the display. It also includes Quickmemo+, a combination of three apps- Quickmemo, Memo and Notebook apps. The device also has dual window feature for multitasking in two different windows.
The dimensions of the Smartphone measures 149.3 x 75.9 x 10.2mm and has weight of 163 grams. The LG G3 Stylus has 13 MP of rear facing camera with LED Flash and also includes 1.3 MP front facing camera. There is 3000 mAh battery on the back and adds connectivity features like 3G HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.
