LG has officially launched the Bello II, new mid-range Android smartphone and successor of last year’s L Bello. The mobile is launched exclusively for 3G markets and will be available in Latin America and India later this month while Europe and CIS gets in Q3 2015. The 3G smartphone will be launch in India, Mexico and CIS as LG Max while it will be named as LG Prime II in Brazil and Chile. However LG didn’t announced the detailed pricing and additional availability of the smartphone which is expected at the time of local launch.
The LG Bello II aka LG Max comes in single and dual-SIM variants and sports a 5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854p) display. Under the hood, the device adds a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and also includes 8GB ROM which can be extended with microSD card support.
The mobile runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop based OS and features an 8MP rear facing camera and 5MP front facing camera. The Selfie camera includes features like Gesture Shot and Selfie Flash, which was already seen on the company’s G series devices.
With 3G connectivity on top, it also includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, and Micro-USB. On the back, there is 2540mAh removable battery. The smartphone measures 140.8×71.6×9.6mm and weighs 155 grams.
The LG Bello II comes in White, Titan, and Gold colors. Will update the pricing soon company makes it official.
