Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 GSM variant has received the Android 4.4.2 Kitkat update, but all the other variants are still on queue to receive this update. The other variants of Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 can’t even use Custom ROM’s which are dependent on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat firmware. They should go with Custom ROM’s which are dependent on either Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean or Android 4.3 Jelly Bean i.e., all Jelly Bean ROM’s.
