Samsung is really turning the things around by quickly releasing the Android Lollipop update to the smartphones. After rolling out Lollipop update to budget Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, now it started updating Galaxy Core Prime (SM-G360F), the budget device of giant smartphone manufacturing company.
The update is being rolled out in Poland which brings the version Android 5.0.2, with build number G360FXXU1BOD9. So, Galaxy Core Prime becomes the first device to get the Lollipop update that has a budget price, other Galaxy devices which got the updates are high-end and mid-range.
As mentioned that Core Prime is a low-end, it features include a 4.5-inch display with 480 x 800 pixels resolutions, a quad core Snapdragon 410 processor, 5-megapixels rear camera, 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal memory which also includes microSD card slot for memory expansion.
The budget phone users can experience the taste of Lollipop which brings faster performance, a better user interface, better battery life, enhanced notifications, Quick Settings and more.
How to update Galaxy Core Prime to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop:
It seems that over-the-air (OTA) update still on the way to the users handset. So, the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime users have to wait till the OTA update hits the device. But the update is already available on Samsung Kies, so the users can easily update using the kies software.
