HomTom, the sub-brand of Doogee Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched its first Android device with massive 6250mAh battery dubbed as “HomTom HT6”. The company will launch smartphones with larger battery capacities. Earlier Gionee launched the Marathan M5, a handset with massive 6,020 mAh battery lasting for 4 days.
The latest Doogee HomTom HT6 handset is equipped with MediaTek PumpExpress Plus technology making the device charge up to 75% in just 30 minutes. So, the users not to worry regarding the charge time of the handset.
On the specifications front, it features a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and powered by a MediaTek MT6735 Quad Core processor. The smartphone measures just 9.9mm despite of having a massive 6,250mAh battery.
The HomTom HT6 sports a 13-megapixels rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5-megapixels Selfie camera. The handset runs on latest Android 5.1 (Lollipop) out of the box.
There are no details regarding the storage and RAM, but the smartphone can be available to purchase starting from September. Company didn’t enclose the pricing and global release of the handset.
