There are two popular methods followed to boot OnePlus 2 into recovery mode- First one is using the hardware keys and second is with the ADB and Fast boot commands. Both the methods are easy to follow and just take a minute to perform.
Use Hardware key to Boot OnePlus 2 in Recovery
To enter into recovery, you need to Power off the device. Now hold Volume up button, and then press the Power button once. Now your device will boot into Stock Recovery.
Use ADB Tool to Boot OnePlus 2 in Recovery
1. To do this, setup ADB and Fastboot drivers on your PC. Once done, open the ADB folder and open the command window on the same folder. Make sure to enable USB Debugging from settings on your Android device.
2. Now you need to connect the device with PC using a USB cable. After valid connection, enter the below command on the command prompt window.
adb reboot recovery
3. That’s it! The command reboots your device into recovery mode.
