As promised by Apple, it started rolling iOS 8.4 update for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Apple also releases Apple Music along with the OS update. Apple Music is the much awaited streaming music service of the company. During WWDC 2015 keynote, Apple officially announced that iOS 8.4 update will release starting from June 30th along with Apple Music.
The iOS 8.4 brings updated music app, Up Next feature, improvements for iBooks and bug fixes. The following are the iOS devices compatible with the latest iOS 8.4 update- iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, iPad 2, iPad (3rd Gen), iPad (4th Gen), iPad Air, iPad mini, iPad mini with Retina display and iPod touch 5G.

How to update Apple iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to iOS 8.4:
Apple has started rolling out iOS 8.4 update via OTA (over-the-air). So in order to update your device, just go to Settings > General > Software Update. Make sure to use high speed internet connectivity like WiFi or 3G/4G while updating your device.
