TCL Communication has announced Alcatel One Touch Hero 8 android tablet at the IFA 2014, Berlin. Yesterday, Alcatel announced One Touch Pop 2 series Smartphone’s and Pop 8S tablet with LTE support. The One Touch Pop 8S has 8-inch display and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
The Alcatel One Touch Hero 8 has a 8-inch full HD screen, powered by a MediaTek MT8392 Octa Core processor. The tablet has LTE support powered by MT6290 LTE modem and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. It sports a 5 MP rear camera with LED Flash and there is secondary camera of 2 MP on the front.
The One Touch Hero 8 comes with SIM card support with 4G network support and adds voice calling feature to the tablet. It has 4060 mAh battery and includes connectivity features like 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and NFC (Optional).
