I followed the outlined steps but could not get it to work. I held the 3 keys to get into bootloader mode but nothing happened. After a minute, I released them and then it came up. I plugged the device into the pc and then ran
oot-windows.bat file. I hit the spacebar to proceed. The phone stated that it had a few commands. Don’t recall exactly but two stated unlock and then the last one was boot. After about 4 minutes, the red android did not show up. I pressed the power button and then the device went to the android laying on it’s back with a warning sign on it’s chest. Pressed and held the power button again and the device restarted and was working.

Not sure what I might have done wrong. Your guidance would be appreciated.
