The Moto X 2014 sports a 5.2-inch FHD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolutions while Galaxy S5 has 5.1-inch display with FHD Super AMOLEd display with same resolutions like Moto X. Both the devices runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS and has 2GB of RAM.

The Moto X comes with 13 MP rear camera and 2 MP front camera while Galaxy S5 features 16MP camera on the rear side and 2 MP camera on the front.
